OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING NON-GOVERNMENT, REGULAR
COLORADO LICENSE PLATES ON CITY VEHICLES ASSIGNED
TO THE CHIEF OF POLICE AND THE, CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, there exists a need to display regular, non-government license plates upon the
City of Fort Collins vehicles assigned to the Chief of Police and the City Manager; and
WHEREAS,the Larimer County Motor Vehicle Office and the State of Colorado require that
the governing body of a municipality approve of the request for such vehicle license plates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS,COLORADO that non-government,regular license plates for the City vehicles assigned
to the Chief of Police and the City Manager are hereby authorized and approved. The Mayor is
hereby authorized to advise the Larimer County Motor Vehicle Office and the State of Colorado of
such authorization and approval concerning the vehicles specifically assigned to the City Manager
and the Chief of Police.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins held this
20th day of July, A.D. 1999.
