OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Affordable Housing Board due to the resignation of
David Danforth; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Commission on Disability due to the resignation of
Kathryn Johnson; and
WHEREAS,a vacancy exists on the Commission on the Status of Women due to the removal
of Deb Tamlin; and
WHEREAS,a vacancy exists on the Electric Board due to the resignation of Virginia Purvis;
and
WHEREAS,vacancies exist on the Golf Board due to the resignation of Brian Cobb and one
vacant position remaining from the annual appointment process; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Housing Authority due to the resignation of Angie
Payton (resident position); and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Natural Resources Advisory Board due to the
resignation of Bonnie Pierce; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Personnel Board due to the resignation of Charles
Washington; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Telecommunications Board due to the resignation of
Bill Murray; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Transportation Board due to the resignation of Steve
Yeldell; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to fill said vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons be,and hereby are,appointed as members of the boards
and commissions hereinafter indicated, with terms to begin immediately and to expire as set forth
after each name:
