OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING THE CITY'S MASTER STREET PLAN MAP
WHEREAS, by Resolution 98-54, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has adopted the
Fossil Creek Area Reservoir Area Plan as an element of the City's Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, because of the adoption of the Fossil Creek Reservoir Area Plan as an official
element of the City's Comprehensive Plan,the Council has determined that the City's Master Street
Plan Map should be amended; and
WHEREAS,the Council has further determined that it is in the best interests of the citizens
of the City that certain additional amendments be made to said Master Street Plan map because of
input received by the Council,the Board of County Commissioners of Larimer County,the Larimer
County Planning Commission, and the City Planning and Zoning Board in public hearings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City's Master Street Plan Map be and hereby is amended as shown on Exhibit
"A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
