OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
STATING THE INTENT OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
TO ANNEX CERTAIN PROPERTY AND INITIATING
ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS FOR SUCH PROPERTY TO BE KNOWN AS
THE LINK `N GREENS 4TH ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described has, for a period of not less than three (3)
years prior to this date, been completely contained within the boundaries of the City of Fort Collins;
and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to initiate annexation proceedings in accordance with State
law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That,the Council of the City of Fort Collins intends to annex the following
described property, to be known as the Link `n Greens 4th Annexation, situate in the County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, to wit:
A Tract of Land Situate in the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado, Which
Considering the North Line of the Southeast Quarter of Said Section 12 as Bearing
S89°57'00"E and with All Bearings Contained Herein Relative Thereto is Contained
Within the Boundary Lines Which Begin at the Northwest Corner of the Southeast
Quarter of Said Section 12 and Runs Thence S89°57'00"E - 720.63 Feet and Again
S09°06'15"W - 813.90 Feet to the True Point of Beginning Said Point Also Being
on the Boundary of the Link-n-greens Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Thence
along Said Annexation S26°48'30"E - 55.22 Feet, Thence S11'04'10"E - 184.94
Feet, Thence S09°20'50"W - 150.00 Feet, Thence S33023'25"W - 175.18 Feet,
Thence S09°06'15"W - 135.42 Feet, Thence S28°07'30"E - 217.38 Feet, Thence
along a 220.00 Foot Radius to the Left a Distance of 303.34 Feet, the Long Cord of
Which Bears S67°37'30"E-279.87 Feet,Thence N72052'30"E-307.20 Feet,Thence
S84052'46"E - 303.45 Feet to a Point on the Link `n Greens Second Annexation,
Thence along Said Annexation S05°58'06"W - 124.43 Feet to a Point on the
Wastewater Treatment Plant No.1 Annexation, Thence along Said Annexation
N89035'54"W - 378.86 Feet, Thence S41°23'13"W - 89.44 Feet to a Point on the
East Lincoln Avenue Second Annexation, Thence along Said Annexation
N79026'20"W - 590.41 Feet, Thence N09°06'15"E - 986.03 Feet to the Point of
Beginning.
Containing 4.211 Acres.
Section 2. That the Council hereby initiates annexation proceedings for the above-
described property.
Section 3. That the Notice attached hereto be adopted as a part of this Resolution. Said
Notice establishes the date, time and place when the Council will consider the passage of an
annexation ordinance pertaining to the above described property. The City Clerk is directed to
publish a copy of this Resolution and said Notice as provided in C.R.S. Section 31-12-108(2).

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Fort Collins has adopted a
Resolution initiating annexation proceedings for the Link `n Greens 4th Annexation, said
Annexation being more particularly described in said Resolution, a copy of which precedes this
Notice.
That, on July 1, 1997, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come
on for hearing in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins,
Colorado, the Fort Collins City Council will consider the passage of an annexation ordinance
concerning the subject property.
The City of Fort Collins will make reasonable accommodations for access to City services,
programs and activities and will make special communication arrangements for persons with
