OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE POUDRE SCHOOL
DISTRICT/CITY/LARIMER COUNTY LIAISON COMMITTEE
WHEREAS,on May 6, 1997,the City Council adopted Resolution 97-65 making board and
commission liaison assignments and committee appointments, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 97-65 provided for the appointment of Councilmembers Chris
Kneeland,Mike Byrne and Scott Mason to the Poudre School District/City/Larimer County Liaison
Committee; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Scott Mason has requested that the Council select a new
representative to serve in his place on the Poudre School District/City/Larimer County Liaison
Committee; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Pro Tern William P. Smith has expressed a desire to assume the
committee assignment to the Poudre School District/City/Larimer County Liaison Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Mayor Pro Tern William P. Smith be,and hereby is,appointed to serve on the Poudre
School District/City/Larimer County Liaison Committee until such time as Council may reconsider
such appointment.
