OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RENAMING A STREET IN THE OVERLOOK AT WOODRIDGE P.U.D.
FOURTH FILING,FROM "PRAIRIEVIEW LANE"TO"TRAIL VIEW LANE"
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned to rename
Prairieview Lane in the Overlook at Woodridge P.U.D. Fourth Filing to Trail View Lane; and
WHEREAS, City agencies, the U.S. Postal Service and utility companies have been
contacted regarding the proposed name change and have not reported objections to the proposed
change; and
WHEREAS,the applicant has duly followed City procedure as outlined under Street Name
Changes of the Department of Community Planning and Environmental Services document titled
"City of Fort Collins Development Manual"; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will in no way be
prejudiced or injured by the renaming of this street; and
WHEREAS, any cost to be incurred in making the new signs for the street will be charged
to the applicant.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS,that"Prairieview Lane" located in the Overlook at Woodridge P.U.D., Fourth Filing,be
renamed"Trail View Lane."
