OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
BY CORPECTING THE LEGAL DESCPIPTIONS OF THE
PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE "H-B" , HIGHWAY BUSINESS,
AND IN THE "R-P" , PLANNED RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS
WHEREAS, Ordinance No 119, 1979 was adopted by the City Council
on second reading on December 4, 1979, and
WHEREAS, it was thereafter discovered that the legal descriptions of
the property contained in the "H-B", Highway Business, and in tiie "R-P" ,
Planned Residential Zoning Districts, were incorrect, avid
WHEPEAS, it is necessary to have said legal descriptions corrected
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Ordinance No 119, 1979 be amended by correcting the legal
descriptions of tiie property contained in the "H-B", Highway Business, avid
"R-P" , Planned Business Zoning Districts to read as follows
