BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
That People’s Ordinance No. 2, 1975 shall be modified to read that 85% of Library Park will remain
open park space so that the ground floor of the library building can be expanded by building down from
the existing overhangs, an addition of 6,000 square feet. This building remodel will be accomplished
with existing Library District funds.
