Being an initiated ordinance authorizing the City Council to dismantle the Municipal Railway,
and dispose of a part or all thereof as may be deemed advisable by the City Council of the City
of Fort Collins.
Be it Ordained by the Qualified Voters of the City of Fort Collins.
Section 1. The City Council is hereby authorized to dismantle the Municipal Railway, and to
dispose of a part or all thereof as may be deemed advisable by said City Council.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
