OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 2-152 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS
ON THE COMMISSION ON DISABILITY
WHEREAS, on November 4, 1986, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 158, 1986,
creating a Commission on Disability ("Commission"), consisting of 11 members; and
WHEREAS, in staff s and the Commission's opinion, because of difficulty in reaching a
quorum, the membership should be reduced to nine members; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accommodate the Commission's request to reduce
the membership of the Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Section 2-152(a) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Sec. 2-152. Membership; term.
(a) The Commission shall consist of nine(9)members appointed by the
City Council.
