Relating to Extension of Sewer District Plumber One .
Re it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fort
Collins:
SECTION ON9. That, the city sewer on Mountain averue be extended
by laying a A 4�e-t pipe from Um present terminus of said
sewer at a point )mown as "Station Six' (6) West to
of
Whitcomb street, with manholes at street and alley intersection's.
SECTION TWO. That the sewer extension$ herein provided for shall
be knom as "the Third Extension Sewer District aumber One'.
SF(:TIOr: THREE. That the cost of construction of said sewer exten-
sion a+ , and upon the street and alley intersections and crossings
and the amoun' which !a s been assessed as a benefit to the public
in general shall be paid by the city, with warrants drawn upon the
general aevrer fund. EIAA)r
SECTION FOUR. The cost of said sewer extension and the expanse
inciden+, tiareto, except as provided for in Section Three (3) of
this Ordinance, shall be assessed pro rata,_ against tine lots and
blocks opposite to and abutting upon said sewer extension in pro-
portion to the frontage of said lots or blocks abutting upon the
same, according to, and under the provision cf Ordinarnce ,Number
Twelve (12) , 18909 relating to sewers and drains, passed and
adopted FebrLary 16, 1891, and as amended by Ordinance Number One,
(1) 1893, passed and adopted 'arch 20, 1893, and Ordinance Number
Nineteen (19) , 1884, relating to the assessment and collectionO
of special charges passed and adopted September 15, 1884, and the
amount of such assessments shall be paid in the first instance by
warrants of the city drawn upon a find which is hereby created to

be known and designated as "Third Extension Sewer District Number
One Fund", and all money derived and collected from the assess-
ments Ie reinbef ore provided for shall be applied to the mainte-
nance of said "Third Fxtension Sewer District Number One Fund";
and to the redemption of warrants drawn upon said fund, and to no
other purpose ivin tever.
