Relating to Salaries of the City Officers
Be it ordained by the City Council,of the City of Fort Collins
Section I That the City Clerk of the City of Fort Collins shall be
exofficiV Water Superintendent ,also Superintendent of Grand Vie*r Cemetery,
and Superintendent of Sewers and Drains, He shall receive a salary of
Seventy five ( 75) dollars per *nonth
Section 2 The City Attorney shall receive a salary of twenty five
(25) dollars per month

Section 3 The City Marshal shall receive a salary of 44_66
dollars Der month
Section A The City Treasurer shal receive a salary of one hundred
(I00) dollars per mmxImx year payable at the end of each quarter
Section 5 Tha The Engineer at the City Water Works Jhall receive
a salary of fifty ( 50) dollars per month
Section 6 The Sexton of Grand View Cemetery shall receive a salary
of fifty (50) dollars Der month
Section 7 The Citj Nlghtwatchman shall receive a salary of

Section 8 The Police Magistrate shall receive a salary of one (I)
dollar per year togather with all legal fees of his office
Section 9. The Assistant Water Superintendent shall receive a salary
of fifty (50) dollaro per month
