Relating to Sewers.
A petition having been presented to the City Council for the
construction of a sewer commencing at the main sewer where the east
and west alley line intersects with the north and south alley line,
in block 139 thsnoe running west in the center of the alley through

Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fort Collins: `
Section 1. That a -ewer be constructed by laying a serer pipe
line conaaenoing at the intersection of the east and rest al'. ey line
with the north and south alley line in block 13, thence running west
through the center of the alley.= far a distance of 300feet . Said ser- .�

special ohar?ges , passed and adopted September 15, 1884; provided
that the amount of such assessment shall be paid in the first in-
stance by warrants drawn upon a Hand which is hereby created to be
'mown and designated as Beaver District No / � hand; and all money
derived and collected iron the assessments }iereinbefore provided for
shall be applied to the maintenance of said Sewer District No /�
fund, and to the redemption of the warrants drawn upon said fund and
for no other purposes whatsoever.
