A- petition having; been presented to the City Council for the con-
:: truction of a stone sidewalk on the A4orth side of r[ulberry street ,between
.owes street and Aathe•:rs 4treet ,and signed by a majorit- of the owners
)f the frontage along the proposed .:ide7alk; Therefore,
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of _ ort Collin:
B Gion I . That a stone sidewalk -hall be constructed as follows :
Commencing at the South cast corner of Flock 134, thence "lest on the
North side of Plulberry street ,to th.e South West corner of Block 104. Said
sidewalk to be constructed. by the owners of the lots or lands Abutting
upon the same at their own expense,with.in thirty days from the time at
which this ordinance --hall take effect ,and thereby be relieved from any
asses^ments that may be made for the construction thereof by the i;ity;
Provided, that the •7alk so be done shall in all respects conform to the
requirements of the ordinances relating to sidewalks passed and adopted
Vovember I7th,A.D. , IU 4.
Section 2. That if the side•,ralk mentioned in Section I of this
ordinance shall not be constructed by the owners of the lots of landsabut-
tin, upon the same 1.7ithin the tine mentioned in said Section i, then such
sidewalk shall be constructed by the City ,under and in pursance of the
provis�i ns of Ordinance :io. I9,tconcerning the assessment of special
charges upon the owners of the, lots or lands within the corporate limits
" of the City of 'ort Collins.
