AN CRDINANCE IN RELATION TO WEEDS.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado.
Section 1. Any owner, lessee or occupant, or any agent,
servant, representative or employee of any such owner, lessee or
occupant having control of any lot of ground, or any part of any
lot , who shall allow or, maintain on any such lot any growth of
weeds to a height of over one ( 1) foot, shall be deeded guilty of
a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not less than
Five ( k5) Dollars nor more than Fifty ( ","50) Dollars.
Section 2. The word "weeds" as used herein shall be
held to include all rank vegetable growth which exhales unpleasant
or noxious odors, and also high and rank vegetable growth that may
conceal filthy deposits.
