BE IT CRDAIYT D BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF
FORT CCLLINS, COLORADO:
Section 1. It shall be the duty of all owners, occu-
pants and agents of property fronting on any street alorg which
sidewalks are laid, to remove snow and ice from sidewalks within
twenty-four hours after the fall of snow or formation of ice.
Sec . 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
Cection One hereof, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less
than One ($1. 00) Dollar nor more than Twenty (020. 00) Dollars and
costs.
Passed and adopted, signed and approved this
