AN ORDINANCE AN,ENDING ORDINANCE N0. 19 of 1907,
ENTITLED " RELATING TO JUNK SHOPS".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TAT' CITY OF FOPT COLLINS:
Section 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 19 of
1907 entitled "Relating to Junk Shops" be amended so as to read
as follows:
A Junk Dealer' s license shall be issued by the City
Clerk upon application being made, said application tb state
the name of the applicant and place where such business is to
be carried on, upon payment to said City Clerk of the sum of
Fifty ( 0"50) Dollars in advance. Such license shall be good
and valid for the period of one year from its issuance and
such license shall not be transferable. "
