AN ORDINANCE ZIENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO 2 OF THE SERIES OF 1907
ENTITLED 'ELECTRIC CARING '
BE IT ORDAINED By the City Council of Fort Collins, Colorado
Section 1 That Ordinance Number Two of the Series of 1907 entitled,
'Electtic Light Wiring passed and adopted on the 4th day of February 1907
be amended by adding the following section to Section 3 of the said ordinance
as Section 3A
Section 3A It shall be unlawful for any person firm or corporation
engaged in the business of placing or installing electric wires for light,
heat or power, to place or install any of such wires without a special permit
so to do, to be issued by the inspector of electric wiring And it shall
be unlawful to ran any electric current through such wiring until the isouance
of the certificate by the inspector above efdrred to
