An Ordinance AmeMing Ordinance No 14 of 1907, entitled, In Relation to
Estrays ' Passed and adopted July 22 1907
BE IT ORDAINED By the City Cbuncil of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
that ordinance No 14 of the series of 1907 entitled "In Relation to Estrays"
passed and adopted July 220 1907 be amended by adding the following as section
4 of said ordinance, to-wit:
Section 4 Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of
Section 1 hereof shall, upon conviction be fined not less than $5 nor more
than $50 for each offense
