HomeMy WebLinkAbout007 - 07/19/1915 - RELATING TO THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 006, 1900, RELATING TO SANITARY CONDITIONS ORDINANCE NO / 1915 RELATING TO THE ALiEIDME.NT OF SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO 6 1900 "RELATING TO SANI- TARY CONDITIONS " PASSED AND ADOPTED DECE ER 179 1900 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That Section 7 of Ordinance No 6 1900 "Relating to ®anitary Conditions " Passed and adopted December 17 1900 be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows to-wit Section 7 It shall be unlawful for persons companies or corporations engaged in the occupation known as vault cleaners to charge for services rendered by them more than four ($4 00) dollars per load of five hundred (500) gallons of cesspool or other soft matter or more than two and one-half ('02 50) dollars for each grease trap or more than twenty cents per cubic foot for night soil or solid matter removed or more than four (44 00) dollars for opening up and cleaning the bottom and sides of each cesspool including disinfecting and deodorizing and putting same in first-class sanitary condition The board of health of the city shall designate the dumping grounds upon which such material may be dumped Passed and adoroted this i day of July A D 1915 Commissioner of Safety and Ex-officio Mayor Attest (? -/ l.� City Cler,& STATE OF COI;ORADO ) -g9 COUNTY OF LARIIAER ) I Ray Baxter City Clerk of the City of Fort Collins do hereby certify and declare that the foregoing ordinance consisting of one (1) sec"-ion dulj proposed and read 1� at length at a meeting of the City Council held on the Sa ,.k day of (La,a el 1915, was duly ordered by "Aye" and "Nay" vote to be published in the Fort Collins Express adaily newspaper of the City of Fort Collins in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of Article IV of the City Charter that thereafter and on to-wit the iq day of 1915 at a regular meeting of the U Dity Council said ordinance came before said Council on its final passage a period of more than ten days having elapsed since the publication as set forth and that said ordinance was upon second reading adopted as an ordinance and thereafter and on to-wit the A j st day of �k& qi 1915 said Ordinance No 4— as finally passed and adopted was duly published in the Fort Collins Express a daily newspaper published in the City of Fort Collins Colorado In Witness '7hereof I have hereunto set my hand this 21 At day of (`_U AA--t- 1915 U City Clerk APPROVED Mayor
