PASSED AND ADOPTED OAT THE 15TH DAI OF SEPTEMBER 1913
BE IT ORDAIIIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 1 of Ordinance No 10 of the Series
of 1901 as amended by Ordinance No 15 1906 and as further
amended by Ordinance No 31 1912 and further amended by Ordinance
No 9 1913, passed and adopted on the 15th day of September 1913
be and the same is hereby amended so as to ra d as--follows
Section 1 All that portion of the City of Fort Collins
embraced within the following described limits shall here-
after be known as the Fire Limits of the City of Fort Collins
Commencing at a point at the intersection of Cherry Street and
Alascn Street in said city thence south along the center of
Mason Street to the center of Mountain Avenue, thence west
along the center of Mountain Avenue to the center of HoweS
Street thence south along the center of Howes Street to the
center of Olive Street thence east along the center of
Olive Street to the center of Peterson Street thence north
along the center of Peterson Street to the center of Mountain
Avenue thence northeasterly to the certer of Jefferson Street
tberce northwesterly along the center of Jefferson Street to
the center of College Avenue thence north on College Avenue
to the center of the intersection of Cherry Street with
College Avenue thence west along the center line of Cherry
Street to the place of beginning, being the center of the
intersection of Cherry and Vason Streets No building of
any kind shall be erected within said limits unless permission

to construct the same is obtained and the same is constructed
pursuant to ordinances now in force in said city or the
ordinances hereafter to be passed aria adopted by said City
Council of said city relating to building and building inspection

going ordinance, consisting of one (1) section duly pro-
posed and read at length at a meeting of the City Council
held on the I day of Feb;,,ary, A D 1917 was duly
ordered by Aye and Nay vote to be published in the Fort
Collins Courier, a daily newspaper of the City of Fort
Collins in accordance with the provisions of Section 7
of Article IV of the City Charter, that thereafter and
on to-wit the a.Lt ,day of February A D 1917, at a
regular meeting of the City Council said ordinance came
before said Council on its final passoge a period of more
then ten ddSs having elapsed since the publication as
set forth ana that said ordinance was upon second reading
adoptea as an ordinance, and thereafter and on to-wit,

the Fort Collins Couzier, a daily newspaper published in
the City of Fort Collins Colorado
