Relating to the amendment of Section 1, of ordinance No. 12, 1896.
Be it ordained by the City Coun^tl of the City of Fort Collins:
That Sectionl, of ordinance No. 12, 1895, relating to the
sale and perpetual care of lots in Grandview cemetery, be and the
same hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section. 1 . That hereafter every purchaser of a lot in sec-
tions "C" and "!�" in Grandviewn oemetery, shall be req.ired in ad-
dition to the payment of the price fixed for the lot, to pay to
the City Clerk the su;m of ^i-ky (050) Dol?ars, and in consideration
therefcx , the City of Fort Collins shall grade, seek to lawn glass
and, Late perpetual Q of the lots so sold.,
