Public notice is hereby given that the following ordinance was
introduced, read and ordered printed at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
held
February 20, 1905.

B�r it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado..
Section 1. Tl�dtection 1, of Ordinance No. 13-1901, be and the
same is, amended so a$ ,t"Q read as follows, via:
Section, I. 7 ¢t shall be unlawful for any person or per-

tribute cireuiils ; dodgers, �samples, sample copies or other
bilks or deliiceh to advertise patent medicines, patent arti-
cle;, tobac�o, ,s'hoivs, theatrical performances, merchandise or
for�,any other Eurpose for which advertising signs, posters,
eiraulars, dodgers, bills, cards, tin or board signs or de-
vices that are calculated to attract the attention of the
public, without first having obtained a license from the City
Council of the City of Fort Collins so to do, for which he
shall pay the sum of Twenty-five Dollars per annum in advance.
Section 2. That Section 3 of said Ordinance be and the same is
hereby amended so as to read as follows, via :
Section 3. It shall be unlawful for any person to
throw posters, dodgers, circulars, bills, samples or devices
upon any of the streets or alleys of said City, or in any ve-
hicle standinr7 therein, or to use tacks or nails in posting
up any advertising matter in any public place in said City.
The foregoing ordinance was introduced and read at a regular
meeting oft he City Council of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
the 20th 'day of, February, A.D. 1905, and was published in the Fort
Collins a newspaper of general circulation published in
-said City, on the /.a4-day of a-t"\ A. D. 1905, and was duly passed and
adopted by said City Council at the regular meeting thereof held on
the -2 < ' day of March, A. .D. 1905,
