Ordinance No. ; 1905. Au Ordiaance in Relation to the Licensing of Auctioneers and Ped- dlers. Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of -Fort Co.1lizYs, Colorado. Section 1. It shall be iinlawfiil for any person to sell any pro- perty at public auction in the City of Fort Collins, without first ob- tai,rinr, an Auctioneer' s License as provided for in this ordinance; ex- ceptirg sales made tinder acki by virtue of legal process, or under and by virtue of any power contained in morts,"a€!es, trust deeds or other sianilar instrununts• Section 2.
