Relating to Sewers:
A Petition having been presented to the City Council far the canstaruot—
ion of a sewer, which said petition, has teen signed by the soners of the
major part of the property abutting on said proposed sewer, Therefore
Be it OrdtAmadeW the City Council of the City of Fort Collins, CO20o
Section I, That a sewer be oanstructed by the laying of a seiner pipe line
commencing at the main sewer an Howes street, thence west in the contsr of
olive street to the center of Meldrum street, thenoe south in the center
h of Meldram street to within fifty feat of the north 13ne of Magnolia street,
said sewer pipe to be 8 inches in diameter, manholes and tees tiD be placed

Section 29 That said senor shall be known as sewer clasariot No. 230
Section 30 T he cast of said sewer extension and the expense incident thereto
shall be assesaed, protrata against the lots and blocks abutting spen and
