't7HEREAS , Since the adoption of the annual appropriation
ordinance for the fiscal year ending December 31st , 1928, an
emergency and unforeseen contingency has arisen, whereby it has

Dollars for^Park Tool House Fund , and the public necessity
requires an additional appropriation of public funds therefor ;
therafore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COL ,I ;S :
Section 1. That there be and hereby is appropriated out
of the general revenues of the City of Fort Collins for the year
1929 , unless taken up prior thereto, the sum of �Qits hundred ftftp
($2oo,00) combined
((� 58-cv) Dollars, to be used to pay for/tool house and toilets
at the Municipal Camp Gruunds in the City of Fort Collins, and
which said sum, when this ordinance takes effect, shall be
credited on the books of the City Clerk and the City Treasurer to
they`Rrk Tool House Fund, and registered five (5%) per cent
warrants of the City shall be issued to cover said amount.
Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council an
emergency exists for the preservation of the public health, peace
and safety and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication under and by aut'.ority oontained in Sections 6
and 7 of Article IY of the City Charter .

Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous
vote of all members of the City Council at a reg'alar meeting held
this 2nd day of June , A. D. 1928 .

sisting of two (2) sections was duly proposed and read at length
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the: 2nd day Ct
gune , A. D. 1928 , and was duly adopted and ord red published in
the Fort Collins Express-Courier , a daily newspaper and the
official newspaper of the City of Fort Collins , by the unanimous
vote of all members of the City Council, as an emergency ordinance ,
in accordance with the provis _ons of Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV
of the City Charter ; and thereafter and on to-wit : the S1 day
of June, A. D. 1928, said Ordinance No. /.1- was duly published
in the Fort Collins Express-Courier , a daily newspaper published
in the City of Fort Collins , Colorado .
