CENT REGISTERED WARRANTS IN THE AyOUNT OF $250.00 FOR/CAMP
GROUNDS ADDITIONS FUND.
MMEAS, Since the adoption of the annual appropriation
ordinance for the fiscal year ending December 31st , 1928, an
emergency and unforeseen contingency has arisen, whereby it has
become and is necessary to Pay Two Hundred and fifty n
( 250.00 ) Dollars for/Camp Grounds Additions Fund, and the
pc.blic necessity requires an additional appropriation of public
funds therefor; therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TITS CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That there be and hereby is appropriated out
of the general revenues of the City of Fort Collins for the year
1929, unless taken up prior thereto, the sum of Two hundred and
fifty ( 25O.Q0 ) Dollars, to be used to pay for Arun.
Camp Grounds Additions, and which said sum, when this ordinance
tales effect, shall be credited on the books of the City Clerk
Mimnand the City Treasurer to the amp Grounds Additions Fund, and
registered five (50) per cent warrants of the City shall be issued
to cover said amount.
Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council an
emergency exists for the preservation of the public health, peace
and safety and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication under and by virtue of the authority contained in
Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter .

vote of all members of the City Council at a regular meetingx&
held tiis 9th day of June, A. D. 1928.

consisting of two (2) sections was duly proposed and read at length
at a re,�.lar meeting of the City Council held on the 9th day of
June , A. D. 1928 , and was duly adopted and ordered. -_-ublished in the
Fort Collins Express-Cosier , a daily newspaper and the official
newspaper of the City of Fort Collins, by the unanimous vote of
all members of the City Council, as an emergency ordinance , in
accordance with the _provisions of Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV
of the City Charter; and thereafter and on to-wit : the 12th day
of June, A. D. 1928 , said Ordinance IIo. 14 was duly puu i' ed
in the Fort Collins Express- Courier , a dal newspaper published
in the City of Fort Collins , Colorado .
