PMRTAS, Since the adoption of the annual appropriation ordin> r: ,. for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1925, an emergency and unforeseen contingency has arisen, wbereby it has beco-e and is nscess:=ry to lay an additional two hundred s=vsnty (270) feet of ten (10) inch tile in the two hundred block on North s ldx^m Street, in order to properly 4in said block, this being required to be done before the construction of the improvements in Lap its Avenue Improveuent District No. 20, and the public necessity raquires an additional appropriation of public funds therefor; therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TAG' CITY OF FORT COLLINS; Section 1. That there be and hereby is appropriated out of the 'o-� general r= uss�!�cf the City of Fort Collins the sum of Three hundred aeventyG eight and T5/100 ($37E.75) Dollars, to be used for the laring of an additional two hundred seventy (270) feet of ten inch tile in order toproperly drain the two hundred block on ?forth Plieldrum Strut in the City of Fort Collins, which said sum, when this ordinance takes effect, shall be credited on *the books of the City Clark and City Treasur3r to the ?North ^?eldrum Street S-wir Fund, and registered six (e;�) per cent warrants of the City shall be issued to cover said amount. Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council an smergency exists for the preservation of the public health, peace and safety, and this ordinance shall take effect irpon its passage and publication, under and by virtue of the aut'rority contained in Suctions 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Curter. Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unaniccus vote cf all members of the City Council at a regular meeting held ti:is 21st day of Pdarch, A. D. 1925.
