WHITr STREET FLUST TR
fiHTREAS, Since the adoption of the annual appropriation ordinance
for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1925, an emergency and unforese-n
contingency has arisen, whereby it has become and is necessary to purchase
a Ighite Street Flusher for use on the streets of the City of Fort Collins,
and the public necessity requires an additional appropriation of public
funds therefor, therefore
BE IT ORDAIM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That there be and her3by is appropriated out of
the general revenues of the City of Fort Collins for the years 1926 and 1927
ithe sum of Ei ht four hundred to e is d 1 g y- ($8400 00)Dollars� to be used for the
purchase of -9 I"lhits Streit Flusher for use on the streets of the City of
Ii Fort Collins, which said sum, when this ordinance takes effect, shall be
IIcredited on the books of the City Clerk and City Treasurer to the V6'hi.te
Flusher Fund, and registered six (6%) per cent warrants of the City shall
be issued to cover said amount
Section 2 In the opinion of the City Council an emergency
exists for the preservation of the public health, peace and safety, and this
ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication, and-r and by
1 virtue of the authority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the
City Charter

consisting of two (2) sections, was duly proposed and read at length at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on tha 18th day of April, A D
1 1925, and was duly adopted and ordered published in the Fort Collins
Express-Courier, a daily newspaper and the official newspaper of the City of
Fort Collins, by the unanim us vote of all members of the Council, as an
emergency ordinance, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 6 and 7

of Article IV of the City Charter, and thereafter, on to-wit the '9
day of April, 1925, said Ordinance No /O vas duly published in the
Fort Collins Express-Courier, a daily newspaper published in the City of
` Fort Collins, Colorado
