TO THE SO'iTH BOUNDARY LINE OF I. C. BRADLEYIS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAIME-D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLTINS:
Section 1. Sidewalks on the East side of South College Avenue from
the south boundary line of Buckeye Street south to the south boundary line of
I. C. Bradleyts Addition to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, shall be
located as follows: The outside line of sidewalks shall be eight (8) fegt from
the top of the face of t -� curbs, and said sidewalks shall be six (6) feat in
width, and constructed of concrete.
Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists
for the prasarvati.-n of the public health, peace sad safety, and this
ordinance shall take affect upon its passage and publication under and by
virtue of the authority contained in Sactions 6 and 7 of Article IV of the
City Charter.

members of the City Council this 27th day of June, A. D. 1925.

Collins, do hereby certify and declare that the foregoing ordinance, con-
sisting of two(2) sections, was duly proposed and read at length at a
regu'ar meeting of the City Concil hold on the 27thday of Juno, A. D.
1925, and was duly adopted and ordered published in the Fort Collins
Express-Courier, a daily newspaper and the official newspaper of the City
of Fort Collins, by the unanimous vote of all members of the Council, as
an emergency ordinance, in accordance with the provisions of Sac` ione 6 and 7
of Article IV of the City Charter; and thereafter, on to-wit: the 36
day of dune, A. D. 1925, said Ordinance No. / I was duly published in
the Fort Collis Express-Courier, a daily newspaper published in the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado.
