Section 1. That there be and hereby is appropriated out of the
revenues of the City of Fort Collins for the fiscal year beginning
January 1, 1925 and ending Dec3mber 31, 1925, in addition to the annual
appropriation heretofore mads for interest for said fiscal period, the
sum of Seven hundred eighty-four and 45/100 ($784.45) Dcllars, on account
of Building Emergency Fund interest, which said sum is supllemental to the
appropriation heretofore made for said fiscal period, said am being payable
out of the general revenues for the fiscal year ending Decsrbar 31, 1925.
Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists
for the preservation of th3 public health, peace and safaty, and this
ordinance shall take affect upon its passage and publication, under and by
virtue of the a'=thority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the
City Charter.
Introduced, re!.d at length and adopted by the unanimcuss vote of all
membsrs of the City Touncil at a regula'r�m g held this A_0_!T 3ay of
July, A. D. 1925.
