OF ORDINANCE NO 10, SERIES OF 1919
BE Im ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TFfi' CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the last paragraph of Section 10 of Ordinance
No 10 Series of 1919 be and the same is h-reby amended to read as
follows
"When a house or pr-mises has four or more
apartments there shall be charged the regular flat
rate for each apartment, or in lieu of such charge
a meitar shall be installed "
Section 2 In the opinion of the City Council an -mergency exists
for the preservation of the public health, peace and safety and this ordinance
shall take effect upon its passage and publication, under and by virtue of
the authority contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter
Introduced read at length and adopted by the unanimous vote of all
the members of the City Council this 10 th day of July, A D 1926

City of Fort Collins, by the unaninous vote of all the members of the City
Council as an emergenc3t ordinance in accordance with the provisions of Sections
6 and 7 zsi of Article IV of the C�y Charter of the City of Fort Collins, and
thereafter and on to-Kdt the /.�� day of July, A D 1926 said Ordinance No
1'0 was duly published in the Fort Collins Express-Courier, a daily newspaper
published in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
