BEING AN ORDINANCE CREATIgG THE OFFICE OF SUPERINTENDENT OF PARKS
FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, AND RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION TO
BE PAID THE SUPERINTENDENT OF PARKS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That there be and there is hereby created the
office of Superintendent of Parks for the City of Fort Collins, which
office is to be under the Works Department of said City
Section 2 The City Council shall appoint some suitable
person as Superintendent of Parks
Section 3 That the salary and compensation to be paid to
the Superintendent of Parks shall be such sum per month as may be
fixed by resolut_on of the City Council, the same not to be less than
$125 00 and not more than $175 00 per month

I, A J ROSENOW, City Clerk of the City of Fort Collins,
do hereby certify and declare that the foregoing ordinance, consisting
of three (3) sections, was duly proposed and read at length at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of September, A D
1926, and was duly ordered by aye and nay vote to be published once
in full in the Express-Courier a daily newspaper of the City of
Fort Collins, in accordance with tPie provisions of Section 7 of
Article IV of the City Charter, that thereafter and on, to-wit the
day of September, A D 1926, at a regular meeting of the
City Council, the said ordinance came before said Council upon its
final passage, a period of more than ten days having elapsed since its
publication as above set forth, and that said ordinance was upon second
reading adopted as an ordinance, and thereafter and on, to-wit the
/ 7� day of September, A D 1926, said Ordinance No -2 /
as finally passed and adopted, was duly published in the Express-
Courier, a daily newspaper published in said City of Fort Collins,
Colorado
