ORDINANCE NO. , 1920, _
BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING
GRADES FOR LYONS STREET, IN TIE CITY OF FORT COLLINS ,
COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS:
Section 1. The grades for Lyons Street ,
in the City of Fort Collins , are hereby fixed and esta-
blished and declared to be as follows:
All elevations being referred to City
Datum B.M. 104.76 at the intersection of the walks on
the corner of College Avenue and Oak Street , at the
postoffice corner .
Beginning at the intersection of Lyons
Street with the north fine of !fountain Avenue, which is
station 0 plus 00; the elevation at the east sidewalk
line 150.36; at east curb line 150.16; at east gutter
line 149.66; at center line of street 150.56; at west
gutter line 149.96; at west curb line 150.56; at west
sidewalk line 150.86; at station 4 plus 00; at. east
sidewalk line 152.18; at east curb line 151 .98; at east
gutter line 151 .48; at center line of street 152.38;
at west gutter line 151. 78; at west curb line 152.38;
at west sidewalk line 152 . 68; at station 6 plus 26 ,
which is the south property line of LaPorte Avenue; at
the east sidewalk line 154.40; at the east curb line
154.20; at the east gutter line 153 . 70; at the center
line of street 154.60; at the west gutter line 154.00;
at the west curb line 154.60; at the west sidewalk line
154.90 .

Section 2 . All ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
Section 3. In the opinion of the City
Council an emergency exists for the preservation of the
public health, peace and safety, and this ordinance
shall take effect upon its passage and publication under
and by virtue of the authority contained in Sections 6 and
7 or Article IV of the City Charter .
Introduced, read at length and adopted by
the unanimous vote of all the members of the City Council
this let day of May , A.D . 1920.

I , A. J. ROSENOW, City Clerk of the City of
Fort Collins, do hereby certify and declare that the fore-
going ordinance,. consisting of three (3) sections , was duly
proposed and read at length at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the lst day of May, A.D . 1920 , and was duly
adopted and ordered published in the Fort Collins Express ,
a daily newspaper and the official newspaper of the City of
Fort Collins , by the unanimous vote of all members of the
Council, as an emergency ordinance, in accordance with the
provisions of Sections 6 and 7 of Article.IV of the City
Charter; and thereafter, on towit : the 45� day of Pray, A.D.
1920; said Ordinance No. 146 was duly published in the Fort
Collins Express , a daily newspaper published in the City of
Fort Collins , Colorado.
