BEING: AN EAERGENCY ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING
GRADES FOR PEARL STREET IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLIiiS,
COLORADO.
' BE IT ORDAI ?ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLI dS-
Section l. . The grades for Pearl Street , in
the City of Fort Collins , are hereby fixed and established
and declared to be as follows;
All elevations being referred to City Daturn
B. :. 104. 76 at the intersection of the walks on the corner
of College Avenue and Oak Street ,. at the Post Office corner.
Beginning at the intersection of Pearl Street
with the North property line of Mountain Avenue, which is
station 0 plus 00 , the elevation of the east walk line is
144. 98; at the east curb line 144.50; at the east gutter
line 144. 00; at the center line of street 144.63; at west
walk line 145 . 26; at the ,west curb line 144. 70; at the west
gutter line 144. 00; at station 6 plus 15., which is the
south property line of LaPorte Avenue, the elevation of
the east walk line is 147.0o; the elevation of the east
curb line is 146.52; at the east gutter line 146.02; at
the center line of the street 146 . 65; at the west walk line
147, 28; at the west curb line 146. 72; at the west gutter
line 146 .02.
Section 2. . All ordinances and parts of ordi-
nances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. In the opinion of the City
Council an emergency exists for the preservation of the
public health', peace and safety, and this ordinance
shall take effect upon its .passage and publication under
and by virtue of the authority contained in Sections 6
and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter .

by the unanimous vote of all the members of the City

of Fort 'Collins , do hereby certify and declare that the
foregoing ordinance , consisting of, three (3) sections,
was duly proposed and read at length at a regular meet-
ing of the City Council held on the 5th day of June,AD.
1920 , and was duly adopted and ordered published in the
Fort Collins Express , a daily newspaper and the official
nevspaper of the City of Fort Collins , by the unanimous
vote of all memb'ers of the Council , as an emergency ordi-
nar_ce, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 6
and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter; and thereafter ,.
on towit : the '// day of June , A. D . 1920, said Ordi-
nance No. :7,1 was duly published in the Fort Collins Ex_
press , a daily newspaper published in the City of Fort
Collins , Colorado.
