COLLI'TS:
Section 1 . That the schedule of rates
for metered service within the corporate limits of the
City of Fort Collins , contained in Class 4 of Section
10 of Ordinance _Io. 10 , 1919, 'be and is hereby amended
so as to read as follwvTs:
"Schedule of 'Letered Service within the
Corporate Limits of the City of Fort Collins:
For the first 10,000 gals . 20 _per 1 ,000 gals.
For the next 40 ,000 gals .15 d per 1 ,000 gals.
For the next 50 ,000 gals . 10 � per 1,000 gals.
For the next 400 ,000 gals 8 V per 1,000 gals.
For the next 500 ,000 gals 7 � per 1 ,000 gals.
Over 11000 ,000 gals . . . 6 � per 1,000 gals.
Provided no charge for water shall be less than $1. 00 per
month. "
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict Stith this ordinance are hereby re—
pealed.
Section 3 . In the opinion of the City
Council an emergency exists for the preservation of the
public health, peace and safety , and this ordinance shall
take effect upon its passage and publication, under and
by virtue of the authority contained in Sections 6 and 7
of Article IV of the City Charter.
Introduced , read at length and adopted by
the unanimous vote of all the members of the City Council
this 18th day of September , A .D . 1920 .
