Public notice is hereby given that the following ordinance was
introduced, read and ordered printed at a regular meeting of o�the City
Council of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, held on the /Oti day of

Amending Ordinance No. 19-1884, in relation to Assessments and
Collection of Special Charges.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado. 4 i1/"
Section 1. That Ordinance t o. 19, 1884,^ be and the same is here-

by amended by strikinP out the word "ordinance" wherever the same oc-
curs in said ordinance, and inserting in lieu thereof the word "reso-
lution. "
The foregoing ordinance was introduced and read at a regular meet
ing of the City Council of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on the
y� 18th#ay of April, A.D. 1904 and was published in the Fort Collins
on the � day of A. D.
