Public notice is hereby given that the following ordinance was
introduced, read and ordered printed ayaftegular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Fort Collins, Colora#o, held on the a M day of
A. D. 1904.

Ordinance No. r 1904.
Amending Ordinance No. 6-1902, in relation to Street Curbing.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado. Section 3 of
Section 1. Phat^Ordinance No. 6-1902, in relation to Street Curb-
ing.,, be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows, viz :
"Section 3. The distance of the outside line of the curbing from
the street shall b as follows: Mountain avenue, twenty-five feet ;
College avenue feet; La Porte avenue, twenty feet; Howes street,
twenty feet; and on all other streets and avenues sixteen feet :'
The foregoing ordinance was introduced and read at a regula /meet-
ing of the City Council of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on the

ed in the Fort Collins�°� on the 27Z(day of z A.D. 1904, and
was duly passed and adopted by the said City Council at the regular
