Pe it ordained by the city council of the city of Furt Collins ,
Colorado.
Section 1. - That the 'construetion of a district sanitary sewer in
the district hereinafter described is, and the sane is hereby declared
necessary folr sanitary reasons .
Section ?. - That the co:istrIlCtion of a disiriWA sanitary sewer in
the district hereinafter described, together with all necessary man-
holes, inlets, a,npurtentnees and suel, mails of suaAi reasonable extent
outside of said district as may be necessary to connect said district
with a public sew•ar or somo natural dra.,na^e, according to the details
plans and specifications heretofore adopted by order of said city
council, :utd on file in t,.e office of the city clerk, be and the same
is hersby ordered , antler, by virtue of and is accordance with the pro-
vi:;io,ls of all act of the General Assembly of the state of Colorado,
entitled 'An Act .to Provide for the Construction of Local Improvements
in amities of all classes etc. ' approv—d april 3, 1399, the sarae being
Chapter 151 of the Session Laws of 1893, and the said details, plans
and specifications are hereby nrescribed for said construction.
Section 3. - That said district shall consist of all the reai est-

SeetI911 4. - The coast, of said district sanitary serer, including,
inlets, ivailholes, connecting mains and. appurtenaacea, with interest,
,-hall be assesses ixholly upon all ti,e real estate in said district, in
proportion as the area of each piece of real estate therein is to thA
area of all real estate in said. :listrict , exclusive of public i�zghr sr
in accordance with said act.
Section 5. - That the said; diistrict sanitary sewer shall be paid
for in warrants of the city of Fnrt Collins, which s.h ll be payable
out of the moneys collected on account Of the asWessments made for
said serer, and shall be of such date, in such form, payable in such
time and in such denominations as shall be hereafter prescribed by
said city council, and shall be Uecuted, issued and disposed of and
otherwise dealt with as in Stations 35, 3G and 37 of said act pre-
scribed. The said warrants slAll bear interest at the rate of —txv-0*1 ,
per bent . per annum.
Section 6r 1'he iuyor is i.-reby adithorized to advertize in the
maiu)er required by lase for bids for construction of said sanitary
sewer in accordance with :>aid, details , plan and, specifications ,`/and
subject to the provisions of law and of thi 'ordinance. The riPht to
reject aiy and all bids shall be in said adverti6ament and is hereby
reserved .
Section 7. - The city comcil of the city of trort t;ollins , Colorado,
