ORDINANCE NO J 5 1973
RELATING TO CLAIRVOYANCE, FORTUNE TELLING AND
LIKE PRACTICES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOOF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 It shall he unlawful for any person or
persons to engEge in or carry on the practice of clairvoyance
fortune telling or any similar fraudulent devices and practices
for the purpose of gaining or obtaining money or property
within the corporate limits of the City of Fort Collins Colo-
rado
Section 2 Any person who shall violate any of
the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor , and upon conviction thereof shall be
fined in any sum mt less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25 00 )
nor more than Three Hundred Dollars ($300 00) or imprisoned
in the city jail not to e xc ee d ninety (90) days aor both
said fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the judges
of the municipal court
