FISCAL YEAR. BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 19149 AND ENDING
DECEMBER 31, 1914."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS COLORIDO
Section 1. That there be and is hereby appropri-
ated for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1914 and

And the revenue derived from water rentals for said
fiscal year is divided and apportioned as follows. and
no portion of the revenue to be so derived shall be ap-
portioned to any otherrifund.

The balance, if any, of revenue from water rentals,
shall be applied toward redemption of let Series Water
Bonds of said City.
Section 2. That for the purpose of providing the
necessary funds for meeting appropriations, set forth in
Section one (1) o i e ordinance 1MM the" following
levies be^made upon each dollar of the assessed valuation
of all taxable property within the corporate limits of
the City of Fort Collins, the same being the amount
necessary to provide for the payment of the foregoing
appropriations and to meet the payment during the fiscal
year ending December 31, 1914 of all properly authorized
demands upon the City Treasurer to- wit -
For General Expense 5.93 Mills
For Library .463 Mills
For Parke 463 Bills
For Park Bonds Interest .309 Mills
For Park Bonds Sinking Fund .415 Hills
being a total of Seven and 58/100 Mills, Which levies shall
be certified to the Board of County Commissioners of
Larimer County by the Mayor and City Clerk as provided by
law.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is r true copy of
an ordinance which was introduced, read and ordered published
on December, 18th, 1913 and which was duly published one
insertion in the Fort Collins Review a daily newspaper on the
19th day of December A. D. 1913 and which came up for final
passage at an adjourned regular meoting on the 30th day of
December A. D 1913 and was duly passed and adopted, signed and
approved on December 30th, 1913.
