WENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINAgA NO. 18, 1889 , RELATING TO DISORDERLY CONDUCT. BE IT 011-MAIE11) BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 18, 1889, Relating to Disorderly Conduct, be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows: "Section 2. Any person or persons found upon any street, alley, or public gronAd of the Cite of Fort Collins , or upon the private property of any person within the said city in a state of intoxication, shall be liable to arrest, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than Fifty Dollars Q 50.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars (4100.00) and costs of suit ."
