AMENDING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO 11 1890 "RELATING
TO STREET GRADES,"AND
AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO 3 1896
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 7 of Ordinance No 11 1890
and as amended by Ord nance No 3 1896
"Relating to Street Grades'and particularly to the grade of
College Avenue be and is hereby amended to read as follows
to-wit
"Section 7 The grade for College Avenue is hereby
fixed established and declared to be as follows all
elevations being referred to city datum B M 10476 at the
intersection of walks on the corner of College Avenue
and Oak Street at the postoffice corner
Beginning at the intersection of College Avenue
with the main line of the Colorado & Southern Railway
Company at station 1 plus 80 elevation at east side-
walk line 94 20, at the center line of street 94 65
at the sidewalk line on the west side of the street
