ORDINANCE NO 1914
RELATING TO AN APPROPRIATION FOR PUBLIC PARKS
WHEREAS, since the passage and adoption of the
Annual Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year ending
December 31, 1914, an emergency has arisen requiring the
expenditure of money for the preservation and safety of
property situate in the public parks, being an unforeseen
contingency arising after the passage of the Annual Appro-
priation ordinance, therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1. That there be and hereby is appropriated
out of the revenues of the City of Fort Collins the sum of
Dollars, to be used
in the Department of Public Parks for the purpose of
for the fiscal year ending DRcember 31, 1914,
repairing and preserving the property in said parkg- the
necessity for said expenditures having arisen since the
passage of the Annual Appropriation ordinance
Section 2 This ordinance is hereby declared to be
an emergency ordinance for the preservation and safety of
public property, and therefore shall take effect upon its
passage and publication under and by virtue of the authority
contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IQ of the City Charter
