AI�f7ING 6£CTIONS 7 AND 8 OF ORDINANCE NO. 19, OF THE rVnEE OF 1907, ORErATrNG TO J= SHOPS% HE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLI-.S: Section 1. That section 7 of said Ordinance No. 19, 1907, is hereby amended so as to read as follows: Section 7. Every junk dealer or keeper of a junk shcp shall pro- vide and keep a bookin whichsh&ll be written at the time of each purchase a description of the article purchased, the name, ,residence and occupation of the person or persons fr m whom suck purchase was m.,de, and the day of the month year andhour of such purchase; and every junk dealer or keeper of a junk shop Is hereby f>rbiddan to purchase or receive any article whatsoever from a minor I or minors without the written consent of thier parents or guardians, which ritta consent must be preserved andrept on file for inspectionof the CocmIssioner of Safety and t,,e police officers at all reasonable times, Section 2. Section 8 of said Ordinance No. 19, 1907, is hereby amend- ed to read as follows: I Section S. Said book of r«cord of sales shall at all times be open to the inapaction 4,f tLe Co -aissioner of Public Safety and the police force of the City of Port Col:ins. Section 3. Ali ordinances and parts of ordinances in canflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed; but t is repeal wall not be construed to affect any penalty or cause of action h-reto'ore accrued in favor of the City of Port Collins, but the same shall be treated as to penalties and causes of action as thoug h raid ordinance or ordln::ncea had not been repealed. !
