REPEALIiJC ORDIJANCE NO 17, 1916, REGULATIiiG THE USE AND
OCCUPANCY OF THE STREETS AidD CURBS WIT.FIN THE LIMITS
OF THE PAVIilG DISTRICTS HERETOFORE ESTABLISHED, AND
PROVIDINC PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF�PASSED AND
ADOPTED OCTOBER 16, 1916
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Ordinance No 17 1916 regulating
the use ^,na occupancy of the streets and curbs within the
limits of the pavan; districts heretofore established, and
providint, penalties for violation thereof, passed and
adopted October 16, 1910, and containing six (6) sections
be and the same is hereby repealed as to eacn and every
provision thereof

City of Fort Collins in accoraance with the provisions of

before said Council on its final passage a period of more

sat forth and that said ordinance was upon second reading adopted
