Public notice is hereby given that the , f'ollowing ordinance was
introduced, read and ordered printed at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, held on the 18th day of
February, A.D. 1907.

Ordinance No.0of the Series of 1907.
Relating to Salaries of Mayor, % City Attoraey and
Marshal.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado.
Section 1. Beginning upgp the 15th day of April, A.D. 1907, the
mayor shall receive a salary of WWO Dollars a month;
the city attorney
shall receive a salary of Seventy-five Dollars a month, and the marshdl
shall receive a salary of One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars a month; all
of which said salaries shall be subject to the deduction provided in
Section 9 of Ordinance No. 2, 1905, for failure to attend meetings of
the City Council.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
The foregoin ordinance was read anu ordered printed at a regular
meeting of the Cify Council of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
held on the 18th day of February, A.D. 1907, and was published in the
a weekly newspaper of general circulation
published in said city, on the _2a day of A.D. 1907,'� and
was duly passed and adopted by said City Council at the regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 18th day of March,
