An ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance No I2 of I905 entitled
" An Ordinance in Relation to the Licensing of Auctioneers and Peddlers"
passed and adopted October 16th 1905.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CCUNCIL OF TOTE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section I. That Section three of Ordinance No. I2 of I905 entitled
" An Ordinance in Relation to the Licensing of Auctioneers and Peddlers"
passed and adopted October ICth I905, is hereby amended by the addition
of the following subsection.
Section 3 A. Provided , however, that an Auctioneer's license for the
sale of horses, :riles, cattle, sheep,swine and other livestock exclusively
good for three, six, nine or twelve months, shall be issued by the City
Clerk, to anyone applying for the same, upon payment therefor at the
rate of •$25. per quarter payable in advance, or for one day only upon
payment of �5 in advance. 22
