An Ordinance amending Ordinance No 2 of I89P entitled " Relating to Iicenee
of Amusements and Public Halls," passed ind adopted April 8th I89I
BE IT ORDAINED BY WE CITY COUNCIL OF `R_F CITY OF FOP T COLLIFS
Section I That Ordinance No 2 of I89I entitled "Relating to License
of Amusements and Public Halls" passed and adopted April 8th I89I
be and the same is hereby amended to provide the following scale of
fees
Opera Houses and Public halls, $50 per year in advance.
Circuses, $200 per day in advance.
Other tent and inclosed shows, $15 per day in advance
Other public entertainments, $5 per day in advance.
