BE IT ORDAINED BY CITY COUNCIL CF -::- IT's OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADC.
Section 1 . That commencing with the terms of office of the
officials hereinafter, named• as' shall be elected in April, 1909,
they shall receive salaries as follows:
Tiie City Clerk shall receive a salary of Fifty Dollars
(650) per month.
The 'rater Superintendent shall receive a salary of Seventy-
five Dollars (6,75) per month.
The Street Supervisor shall receive a salary of ^ne ^undred
Dollars (alCOj per month.
The City Treasurer shall receive a salary of Sixteen and
two-thirds Dollars per month.
And the City health Cfficer shall receive a salary of Forty
Dollars ( w40) per month.
Section 2. All officers of the City not mentioned above
shall receive such compensation as now provided by ordinance, and
all employees of the City not hereinabove mentioned shall receive
such compensation as the City Council may from time to time direct.
The salaries herein provided for shall be subject to the deductions
provided for in Section 9 of Ordinance No. 2 of 1905 n failure to
attend meetings of the Council.
Passed and adopted, signed and approved this isth day of
